Nitrous Fuel Control
Is your fuel system suffering from...
>Too big of a pressure drop when the nitrous is activated?
> Pressure Creep?
> Wide pressure variations run to run?
> Lack of volume flow?
> Inability to handle multiple stages efficiently?
> CAS ? (Constant Adjusting Syndrome)
The Koehler Fuel Control is a true return style fuel control which in many cases can
virtually elimnate the pressure drop on launch or activation of the nitrous. This design
allows the solenoid and jet to see all the fuel volume that the pump can deliver due to
the pressure control being handled on the "return side" that leads back to the tank.
A deadhead regulator works by restricting the fuel flow, which is fine for idle and low volume applications, but is a problem with Hi ouput, Hi rpm engines. Deadheads regulators cause the pump to do a noisy "scream" against pressure causing the amp draw to increase as well as increasing the heat of the fuel since it is almost at a standstill soaking up heat from the pavement and headers. Fuel pressure choices are limited with a deadhead regulator.
The Koehler Fuel Control by virtue of its true return design allows the fuel to stay cooler due to its constant circulation and amp draw is reduced for the same reason and giant fuel logs become unnecessary.
> No bleed line needed! Self Purging built in
> Constant fiddling with the pressure setting is eliminated.
> Works on any nitrous system or carburator.
> Any pressure desired is possible. Just ask
> Pumps last longer due to reduced stress and amp draw.
> No Creep
> Light weight. No mounting is necessary
> Cool Fuel
> 1 to 4 stage capacity possibility
> Often used for carburetor fuel control
> Can be used to feed both carb and nitrous in some situations
> Will work with oem block mounted fuel pumps
> Will feed a low pressure or High pressure nitrous tuneup equally effectively.
> Compatible with gasoline, Methanol, E100 & E85 Ethanol
